OUR PROJECT APPROACH

CITEPLAN approaches projects from a holistic and integrated planning point of view. Only under an environment of integrated urban planning and development can we give effect to the following five founding principles as set out in Section 7 (a) to (e) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (SPLUMA):

For CITEPLAN the success of a project is built on the following two foundations:

This foundation relates to all technical matters and input to achieve project approval (i.e. township establishment, rezoning, precinct plans, etc.).

CITEPLAN follows a two-prong approach to undertake town and regional planning and urban design projects.

 

The first pillar of the approach is Integrated Project Management, to ensure on time and in budget delivery. The second pillar is a Multi-Disciplinary and Participatory Approach to ensure linkage between assessments and plans and better cooperation between the team and stakeholders.
